Editorial & Ranking Integrity Policy
At CardCompare India, our priority is providing accurate, comprehensive, and unbiased financial analysis. We understand that applying for a credit card is an important financial decision that impacts your credit rating. Our editorial guidelines ensure that commissions do not compromise our objectivity.
1. Data-First Accuracy
Every credit card fee, reward multiplier, and milestone waiver displayed is cross-referenced with public documents (MITC) from the issuer bank website. We do not write reviews based on third-party blog posts.
2. Objective Rating Mechanics
Cards are rated inside categories solely based on mathematical performance—such as the cash return rate for cashback cards or lounge frequency for travel cards. Sponsored partnerships do not raise a card's rank.
3. Weekly Audits
Our review team checks bank portals weekly for modifications to rewards frameworks, lounge access spending requirements, and foreign markup rates.
4. No Guaranteed Approval Claims
We do not claim that any user has a guaranteed approval for a card. We maintain full transparency that issuing banks evaluate each applicant independently based on credit score (CIBIL) and income metrics.
Relationship with Advertisers
We receive financial compensations from banks when users apply through our redirect links. This referral system helps fund our calculations, but we do not customize card reviews to please marketing representatives. If a card has bad points expiration terms, we explicitly list it as a Con in our Pros & Cons.
Corrections & Feedback
If you identify any discrepancy in our card fees or parameters, please contact us. We correct verified terms within 24 hours of notification.
